Trolls, and wizards, and fairy kings
Ahh, interval training.
Interval Training day is a fun day - sprint for 60 seconds, walk for 60 seconds, repeat 3-5 times.
It's fun because it's not much of a time commitment, and I get to listen to theme songs. Theme songs are a perfect soundtrack to interval training because the majority of the songs are approximately 60 seconds long.
Still don't get it? Well, let me tell you about today's intervals por ejemplo...if you use your imagination, it'll be almost as if you were right there with me!
1st sprint: Punky Brewster
1st walk: The first 1/4 of Ghostbusters (yes, this is a 4 minute song)
2nd sprint: Saved by the Bell
2nd walk: Doogie Howser, M.D.
3rd sprint: Darkwing Duck
3rd walk: The first minute of That 70s Show
4th sprint: Strawberry Shortcake (wouldn't you know?)
4th walk: Reading Rainbow
5th sprint: Golden Girls
5th walk: ER
Final descent to my apartment: Garfield
Entering apartment: Miami Vice
Drinking water: David the Gnome
Blogging: Duck Tails
And here we are.
Forever and alwaaaaaaays, I'm always here!

Keep your eye on the sparrow.
Don't do it.
Reading Rainbow had a sweet theme song! YES!
Mark, what if you threw a party, and then invited everyone you knew?
Well, I'll tell you - you would see the biggest gift would be from me, and the card attached would say....thank you for being a friend.
